PathGrant Privacy Policy Operated by Stragentic AI

Introduction
PathGrant is a Canadian non-dilutive funding assessment service operated by Stragentic AI. This policy applies when you use PathGrant services through Stragentic (including stragentic.com and related PathGrant pages). It explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Alberta provincial privacy legislation.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: Full name, email address, phone number (optional), and business documents you upload including business plans, budgets, and financial statements in PDF, DOCX, or XLSX format.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device information, and session data.
How We Use Your Information
Funding assessment. Your business documents are processed to extract structured details such as company name, province, industry, revenue, and R&D activity. This extracted data is matched against our verified database of Canadian funding programs to generate your assessment report.
Document processing. Uploaded documents may be processed with secure extraction tools under Stragentic control. Assessments are reviewed by Stragentic before client delivery. The tool provider does not store, retain, or use submitted data for model training or any other purpose.
Client account management. Your name and email are used to manage your account and deliver reports.
Payment processing. Payment information is handled by Stripe. Stragentic AI does not store credit card numbers or banking details.
Who Has Access to Your Data
Access to your personal information is limited to authorized personnel at Stragentic AI and automated tools required to deliver the PathGrant service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Stripe for secure payment processing. AI API provider for document text extraction. The API provider does not store or train on submitted data.
Data Storage
All client data is stored on encrypted Canadian infrastructure. Your information does not leave Canada for storage purposes.
Data Retention Policy
Paid assessment data: retained for 12 months to support re-assessments. Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law. Uploaded documents: deleted after your assessment is generated, within 30 days.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@stragentic.com. Deletion requests are processed within 14 business days.
Cookies
PathGrant uses minimal, session-based cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
Your Rights Under PIPEDA
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), withdraw consent, and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Updates to This Policy
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of PathGrant after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

PathGrant Terms of Service Operated by Stragentic AI

Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of PathGrant, a non-dilutive funding assessment service operated by Stragentic AI through stragentic.com and related PathGrant pages. By using PathGrant, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
PathGrant is a non-dilutive funding assessment service operated by Stragentic for Canadian businesses. Stragentic reviews business information you provide, analyzes it against a curated database of Canadian funding programs, and delivers a Funding Intelligence Assessment report. PathGrant does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Reports are informational tools, not guarantees of funding. Delivery is performed by Stragentic as a governed service. It is not an unattended self-serve software subscription unless a separate monitoring product is agreed in writing.
Eligibility
PathGrant is available to Canadian businesses and organizations. By using the service, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business submitting information and that you are at least 18 years of age.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and truthful business information, upload only documents you own or are authorized to share, use the service for its intended purpose, and not attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying methodology or database.
Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Funding Intelligence Assessment: $1,995. Intake, Funding Intelligence Assessment report, and a debrief session.
Assessment + Strategy Session: $2,995. Everything in the Assessment, plus a working session to choose priorities and sequence.
Quarterly Funding Refresh: $795 per quarter, or $2,695 per year if prepaid. Update of your funding picture against current programs after an Assessment is on file.
Application Support: quoted from $3,500 to $7,500 per program, based on complexity. Writing, document preparation, and submission support.
Success fees are not the standard PathGrant offer. If a success fee is used for application support, it is agreed in writing, only where program rules allow, and is capped. Many programs restrict how consultants may be paid.
Pricing may change. Changes do not affect services already purchased.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Stripe. All payments are due at the time of purchase unless an invoice states otherwise. Any success fee agreed in writing for Application Support is invoiced only upon confirmed receipt of funding.
Refund Policy
Funding Intelligence Assessment ($1,995): if the assessment finds no credible priority programs for your profile after complete intake, you may request a credit toward a revised intake within 90 days or a refund, at Stragentic's discretion based on intake completeness.
Assessment + Strategy Session ($2,995): refundable before the strategy session is held. No refund after the session.
Quarterly Funding Refresh: cancel before the next quarter starts for a stop on future charges. No prorated refund on a quarter already delivered.
Application Support: the base fee is non-refundable once work has started. Any success fee, if agreed, applies only to funding actually approved under that engagement.

Intellectual Property
The assessment report generated for you belongs to you. The PathGrant methodology, pipeline, database, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Stragentic AI.
Limitation of Liability
PathGrant provides funding intelligence based on publicly available program information and the business details you provide. Actual funding depends on program availability, application quality, and government decisions. Stragentic AI is not liable for unsuccessful applications, program changes after your assessment, inaccurate results caused by incorrect information you provided, or business decisions made based on results.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be pursued through the courts of Alberta.

PathGrant Data Retention Policy Operated by Stragentic AI
Effective Date: April 26, 2026
Purpose
This data retention policy outlines how long Stragentic AI retains data collected through PathGrant and the procedures for disposing of that data.
Retention Schedule
Paid assessment data: 12 months. Uploaded documents: deleted within 30 days after the assessment is generated. Client profile (name, email, submission history): retained for the duration of the relationship plus 12 months after the last activity. Payment records: 7 years (as mandated by Canadian tax law). Server logs: 30 days.
Deletion Process
Time-based retention is enforced automatically. Once data reaches the end of its retention period, it is permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@stragentic.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include your name, the email address used for submission, and specify the data you wish to have deleted. Requests are processed within 14 business days.
Exceptions
Data that is subject to legal proceedings or regulatory inquiries will be preserved until the matter is resolved. Additionally, payment records must be retained for 7 years under Canadian tax law, regardless of deletion requests. This ensures compliance with the PathGrant privacy policy.
Backups
Backups adhere to the same retention schedule. Backup cycles may introduce up to a 30-day delay between the deletion from active systems and the complete purge from backups.
Security
All retained data is stored on encrypted Canadian infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized Stragentic AI personnel and systems, ensuring the security of all data during its retention period.
