PathGrant Privacy Policy Operated by Stragentic AI

Introduction

PathGrant is a Canadian non-dilutive funding assessment service operated by Stragentic AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use PathGrant at stragentic.com/pathgrant.

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Alberta provincial privacy legislation.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly: Full name, email address, phone number (optional), and business documents you upload including business plans, budgets, and financial statements in PDF, DOCX, or XLSX format.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device information, and session data.

How We Use Your Information

Funding assessment. Your business documents are processed to extract structured details such as company name, province, industry, revenue, and R&D activity. This extracted data is matched against our verified database of Canadian funding programs to generate your assessment report.

Document processing. Uploaded documents are sent to a secure AI API for data extraction. The API provider does not store, retain, or use submitted data for model training or any other purpose.

Client account management. Your name and email are used to manage your account and deliver reports.

Payment processing. Payment information is handled by Stripe. Stragentic AI does not store credit card numbers or banking details.

Who Has Access to Your Data

Access to your personal information is limited to authorized personnel at Stragentic AI and automated tools required to deliver the PathGrant service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Stripe for secure payment processing. AI API provider for document text extraction. The API provider does not store or train on submitted data.

Data Storage

All client data is stored on encrypted Canadian infrastructure. Your information does not leave Canada for storage purposes.

Data Retention

Free scan data: retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Paid assessment data: retained for 12 months to support re-assessments. Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law. Uploaded documents: deleted after your assessment is generated, within 30 days.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@stragentic.com. Deletion requests are processed within 14 business days.

Cookies

PathGrant uses minimal, session-based cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

Your Rights Under PIPEDA

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), withdraw consent, and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Updates to This Policy

Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of PathGrant after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of PathGrant, a non-dilutive funding assessment service operated by Stragentic AI at stragentic.com/pathgrant. By using PathGrant, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

PathGrant is an automated funding assessment service for Canadian businesses. The service analyzes your business information against a verified database of Canadian funding programs to identify potential grants, tax credits, loans, and incentive programs.

PathGrant provides funding intelligence and assessment reports. It does not provide financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Assessment reports are informational tools, not guarantees of funding.

Eligibility

PathGrant is available to Canadian businesses and organizations. By using the service, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business submitting information and that you are at least 18 years of age.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful business information, upload only documents you own or are authorized to share, use the service for its intended purpose, and not attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying methodology or database.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Free Scan: $0. Preliminary funding scan with summary results. Funding Assessment: $499. Comprehensive report with detailed program matches. Strategy Workshop: $999. Assessment report plus a guided strategy session. Annual Subscription: $299/year. Ongoing monitoring and quarterly re-assessment. Full Service: $2,500 + 8% of secured funding. End-to-end application support.

Pricing is subject to change. Changes will not affect services already purchased.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. All payments are due at the time of purchase. The 8% success fee on the Full Service tier is invoiced upon confirmed receipt of funding.

Refund Policy

Funding Assessment ($499): Full refund if the pipeline produces zero qualifying matches. Strategy Workshop ($999): Refundable before the session takes place. No refunds after. Annual Subscription ($299/year): Cancel anytime. Prorated refund for unused months. Full Service ($2,500 + 8%): Base fee non-refundable once work has commenced. Success fee applies only to funding secured.

Intellectual Property

The assessment report generated for you belongs to you. The PathGrant methodology, pipeline, database, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Stragentic AI.

Limitation of Liability

PathGrant provides funding intelligence based on publicly available program information and the business details you provide. Actual funding depends on program availability, application quality, and government decisions. Stragentic AI is not liable for unsuccessful applications, program changes after your assessment, inaccurate results caused by incorrect information you provided, or business decisions made based on results.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.

Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be pursued through the courts of Alberta.

PathGrant Data Retention Policy Operated by Stragentic AI

Effective Date: April 26, 2026

Purpose

This policy describes how long Stragentic AI retains data collected through PathGrant and how that data is disposed of.

Retention Schedule

Free scan submissions: 90 days. Paid assessment data: 12 months. Uploaded documents: deleted within 30 days after assessment is generated. Client profile (name, email, submission history): duration of relationship plus 12 months after last activity. Payment records: 7 years (Canadian tax law). Server logs: 30 days.

Deletion Process

Time-based retention is enforced automatically. When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is permanently deleted.

You may request deletion at any time by emailing jason@stragentic.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include your name, the email address on your submission, and what data you want deleted. Requests are processed within 14 business days.

Exceptions

Data subject to legal proceedings or regulatory inquiries will be preserved until resolved. Payment records must be retained for 7 years under Canadian tax law regardless of deletion requests.

Backups

Backups follow the same retention schedule. Backup cycles may introduce up to a 30-day delay between deletion from active systems and full purge from backups.

Security

All retained data is stored on encrypted Canadian infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized Stragentic AI personnel and systems.
