He has founded, built, scaled, and exited multiple ventures, leading everything from product development and fundraising to operations and strategic growth. At Stragentic, Jason works with founders and business owners on three fronts: AI-powered operational consulting, acquisition and divestiture advisory, and non-dilutive funding strategy.
Jason combines deep operator experience with proprietary AI technology to deliver results that traditional advisory firms cannot replicate.

Stragentic: born out of necessity and clarity
