After a successful corporate career leading large-scale engineering and operational initiatives in the oil & gas sector, Jason founded Rustica Energy, a company focused on infrastructure and energy solutions. Over time, his passion for systems thinking, strategic execution, and business optimization led to the formation of Rustica Strategies — a boutique consulting and acquisitions firm helping business owners scale, streamline, and exit with confidence.

Through Rustica Strategies, Jason has advised and partnered with founders across wellness, consumer goods, services, and technology. His work focuses on transforming under-optimized businesses into scalable, self-sustaining operations through a mix of automation, AI, and operator-driven playbooks.

In 2024, he founded STRAGENTIC.AI — a performance-based operating group focused on acquiring and growing small to mid-sized businesses using AI-enhanced execution and acquisition frameworks that prioritize founder alignment and operational excellence.
